Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers for all shifts. The role offers starting pay of $14.00 per hour with paid training for every new Crewmember and opportunities for pay increases within the first year through training and performance evaluations.

As a Crew member you will be part of a fun, fast-paced team, wear a Raising Cane’s hat, and contribute to a positive culture while delivering quick, friendly service and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior restaurant experience required.
• Paid training provided for all new crewmembers.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling food.
• Provide quick, friendly service and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Will work with a team to maintain smooth operation.
