Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Restaurant Crew Member at Hardee’s in Christiansburg, VA. You’ll provide attention, service and hospitality to guests, prepare quality products, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Physically able to perform job duties (lift up to 60 pounds; standing, walking, etc).
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent, reliable, cheerful and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure that guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked (dishes, sweeping, mopping, restrooms).
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly and honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationships with management and team.
