Job summary

HAZA Bell is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to join our Spencer, IA location. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare food with speed and accuracy while maintaining a clean and safe dining area.

You will work as part of a team, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management, and participate in upselling promotions to enhance the guest experience. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required, and flexible availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru and take orders.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and communicate with kitchen staff and management.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Upsell promotions and inform customers about new menu items and offers.
