Job summary

HAZA BELL is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to join our Newburgh, NY location. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare food, and maintain a clean dining area. You will work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service and a positive guest experience.

Experience in customer service is a plus. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and teammates, and be willing to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with placing orders.
• Take and ring up orders, handle payment, and thank customers.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, kitchen and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell menu items to customers.
