Job summary

HAZA Group's Taco Bell franchise in Elmira, NY is seeking a Restaurant Crew Member to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will greet customers, take orders, and handle payments in a friendly manner while preparing and assembling food to brand standards.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe dining area and work with teammates to deliver quick, accurate service and promote guest satisfaction through upselling and positive interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or restaurant setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders in person or via drive-thru.
• Prepare, assemble, and package food and beverages according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Work with teammates to ensure fast, friendly service and resolve issues.
• Follow health/safety guidelines and promote guest satisfaction.
