Job summary

TACO BELL is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member at our Succasunna location. You will join a team delivering fast, friendly service, greet customers, take orders, and assist with food prep while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, preparing and packaging items, and maintaining a positive dining experience. This role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt to busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check accuracy, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, kitchen, and service areas; follow food safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members; communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management about orders and issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards of conduct; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Inform customers about promotions, upsell opportunities, and loyalty programs.
