HAZA BELL seeks a Restaurant Crew Member to join our fast-paced North Bergen location. You will greet customers, take and ring up orders, and help prepare and package food in a clean, safe environment.

Teamwork and friendly service are essential as you contribute to a positive guest experience. Experience is helpful but not required; we value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with orders, and provide friendly service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare and assemble food items following recipes and standards.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas while following health guidelines.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs.
