Job summary

HAZA BELL in Hillside, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Crew Member to join our team. You will greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, take and ring up orders, handle payments, and help prepare and store food items with care.

Maintain a clean, safe dining area, work closely with teammates, follow health guidelines, and participate in upselling promotions to enhance the guest experience. Flexible hours, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in the restaurant or drive-thru and assist with placing orders.
• Provide menu guidance and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about orders.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report issues promptly.
