Job summary

T Taco John's Eagle Stop is seeking Team Members to join the Lynn’s Discount Foods team. You will help deliver a fast, friendly dining experience, handle orders at the POS, prep food to standards, and maintain clean, safe workstations.

You will greet customers, take orders, and provide accurate service in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety policies and Lynn’s Inc. & Affiliates guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for certain equipment or duties)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and high-quality dining experience for every customer.
• Prepare food, operate the point-of-sale system, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards.
• Greet customers, take and prepare orders, and provide accurate and efficient service.
• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards, restock supplies, and support restaurant operations.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
