Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Douglas County, Nebraska locations: must obtain the applicable Douglas County Prep Cook Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, take and ring up orders, handle payment and thank customers.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Inform customers about promotions and upsell opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
