Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Melville to help bring delicious menus to guests. The role supports overnight operations with shifts typically from late evening to early morning. You’ll prepare food, ensure safety standards, and deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food by preparing menu items to Wonder standards, keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure orders are correct before dispatch.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained.
