Wonder Gaithersburg is seeking Team Members to craft menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.

The role offers $18.00/hour with a $2.00/hour overnight premium, plus benefits including a free meal, health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and stock options. Opportunities exist to grow into Trainer and Supervisor roles.

• Must have 6+ months in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic food safety practices are understood.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Handle inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and verify each order before dispatch.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about our concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement).
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas; wash and restock cookware and equipment.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
