Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member in Santa Clara, CA to deliver the MOD experience by preparing pizzas and salads and serving guests with speed and care. You’ll follow MOD standards, keep a clean and welcoming store, and work as part of a fun, fast-paced team.

No experience required; training provided to help you grow, connect with guests, and contribute to a positive atmosphere. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and grow with the team.

• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Take care of your guests and engage in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests.

Overview

As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.

Required Qualifications

• No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following.
  • Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
  • Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old.
  • Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
