Wonder is seeking a Team Member in Darien, CT to prepare menu items to our standards, keep stations stocked and clean, and assist with meal-kit and delivery operations. You’ll follow HACCP guidelines and help ensure every order is correct before it goes out.

You will greet guests warmly, assist with orders and payments, and participate in local marketing activities while maintaining a high-energy, positive team environment. Growth into trainer and supervisor roles is supported.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Create amazing food and prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keeping stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver incredible hospitality by greeting guests and assisting with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Keep restaurants clean, manage supplies, and report equipment issues promptly.
• Support teammates, stay positive, and pursue development toward trainer/supervisor roles.
