Job summary

Wonder in Danbury is hiring Team Members to prepare menu items to Wonder standards and deliver warm hospitality to guests. You’ll work across stations, keep areas clean, and ensure every order is accurate.

This role offers a base pay of $17.50 per hour with a $2 shift premium for overnight hours, plus growth opportunities into Trainer and Supervisor roles and benefits like health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food by preparing items to Wonder standards and keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality by greeting guests warmly and assisting with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best by maintaining sanitation and restocking cookware and equipment.
