Job summary

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is hiring Restaurant Crew Members for part-time shifts in Ithaca, NY. You’ll learn to craft fresh subs, operate the register, and assist with grill and store cleanliness. The team emphasizes a positive attitude and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts are available, with a welcoming environment for teens and new entrants to the workforce.

Qualifications

• Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Make subs and assist in daily store operations.
• Run the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Grill food and help keep the store neat and clean.
