Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Crew Member to deliver the MOD Pizza experience. You will prepare pizzas and salads, ensuring quality and speed, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a cool environment.

You will follow MOD standards, stay on schedule, and demonstrate hospitality on every shift. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest interactions, and commitment to high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to follow processes and instructions.
• At least 16 years old; some locations have age restrictions and vary by state.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date (or sooner where required).

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu items per MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package customer orders for timely and quality delivery.
• Follow food safety prep and storage standards per MOD resources and training.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Be punctual, wear MOD dress code, and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests and teammates.
• Show hospitality: friendly, accurate, and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and restaurant success.
• Engage with guests and build rapport during visits to the restaurant.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work with the squad to create the MOD experience.

Job description

Compensation

$17.13 - $17.13 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests

Required Qualifications

• No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following.
  • Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
  • Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old.
  • Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
