Hawaiian Bros invites you to join as an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member, where you’ll bring the Aloha spirit to life through exceptional customer service and cross-training across multiple restaurant roles.

You’ll learn and grow by working in different positions within our Ohana, collaborating with teammates to ensure a memorable guest experience while participating in community initiatives and helping maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Listen to guests' needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Keep the atmosphere positive and harmonious for guests and teammates.
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
• Service roles may include: Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director.
• Utility roles may include: Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook.

• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip,Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker,Bagger and Cook– responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
