Essential Functions

• Enthusiastically greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Takes guests’ orders using the Velvet Taco steps of service.
• Ensures dine‑in, to‑go and call‑in orders are properly rung up in the POS.
• Handles all cash, credit card and gift card transactions.
• Checks identification before serving alcohol according to state law.
• Maintains a clean, sanitized service area.
• Has full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items.
• Maintains a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift.
• Other functions as assigned by management.
• Has fun and Kick Ass.
