Velvet Taco in Allen, TX is hiring Counter Servers who bring enthusiasm and a guest-focused vibe to a fast-paced environment. You will greet Guests, take orders, and ensure accurate ringing of dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders in the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take orders using Velvet Taco steps of service.
• Ring up dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders in the POS.
• Handle cash, card, and gift card transactions.
• Check IDs before serving alcohol as required by state law.
• Keep the service area clean and sanitized.
• Know the food and beverage menu items well.
• Maintain an energetic pace and assist teammates as needed.

• Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
• Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law
• Maintain a clean, sanitized service area
• Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
• Other functions as assigned by management
