Job summary

Twin Peaks is seeking a Janitor Busser to clean and maintain the restaurant. This role requires pride, high standards, and discipline to keep the dining and kitchen areas sanitized.

You will adhere to uniform standards, maintain clean and organized stations, and follow safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements in a fast-paced team environment. English communication is required, and orientation and training must be completed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor Busser.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning/sanitation procedures.
• Must attend orientation and training and comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
