Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s House of Blues in Anaheim is seeking a part-time Restaurant Busser to help maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused dining room. You’ll support servers, keep stations clean, manage bus tubs, and assist with events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner and contribute to an excellent guest experience.
• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service Standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely.
• Safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish room.
• Keep ice bins parred to fullest levels at all times.
• Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and obstacles.
• Turn in lost and found items to MOD.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled.
