Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly with clean serviceware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations and utensils.
• Greet guests, serve beverages, breads and butter.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Support servers to ensure smooth dining operations.
