Job summary

The Beaufort Hotel’s 34° North Restaurant is seeking energetic Restaurant Attendants / Bussers to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help create a positive dining experience by keeping the dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready for hotel guests and local patrons.

Key duties include clearing and resetting tables, stocking service stations, greeting guests, assisting servers during peak periods, transporting dishes, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies
• Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests
• Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times

Restaurant Attendant / Busser – 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel

The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and team-oriented Restaurant Attendants / Bussers to join our Food & Beverage team.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment for both hotel guests and local patrons. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

• Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies
• Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests
• Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties

• Estimated pay range is between $10 - $16 per hour (includes base pay and tips)
