Cracker Barrel is hiring Restaurant Associate Manager. You’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant operations to deliver guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

You’ll lead front- and back‑of‑house duties with home office support available 24/7 to help you succeed. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a willingness to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends, and a fluent English speaker.

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Willing to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Must be fluent in English.
