Culver's is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Tallahassee, FL to lead shifts and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Formación

• Demonstrated passion and leadership as essential traits.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• A genuine smiling personality to welcome guests.
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products and guest service.
• Ensure guests leave happy by modeling high hospitality, speed and accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members and train new staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to food safety practices and employment laws.
• Address guest concerns with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Routinely coach on safety best practices and workplace safety.
