SONIC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Norman, Oklahoma to oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the General Manager. You will lead staff, manage people, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in every guest experience.

With 1–2 years of management in a QSR, you will hire, train, and develop crew while driving sales and profits. All backgrounds are welcome; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager.
