Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment, focusing on food service quality, customer satisfaction and sales growth. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to deliver a top customer experience.

The role requires 2 years of experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. A rotating schedule with a typical 45-hour work week is expected, with benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain operations.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
