Working with the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll help achieve sales and guest-satisfaction goals, manage labor, monitor inventory, and protect cash control and security. This position offers growth within a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to grow skills.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring maintenance and cash control.
