Job summary

Dunkin' | Southpaw franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise a team, and ensure consistent, high‑quality guest service.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff; drive sales through execution of the business plan; uphold labor and health laws and brand standards; and serve as a role model of integrity and teamwork for the store and the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience directing restaurant operations and supervising staff.
• Ability to hire and oversee a team to deliver guest service.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health regulations, plus company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through the restaurant's business plan.
• Create a positive working environment by training and communicating with Team Members.
• Conduct oneself professionally with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
• Adhere to state and Federal labor and health laws and uphold Dunkin brand policies.
