Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in the Aurora region who can lead a small team and oversee daily store operations. You will ensure fast, accurate product preparation and maintain high cleanliness standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, coaching-ready, with a positive attitude and willingness to work nights and weekends. Prior management is a plus, but not required, and driving is needed for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Models and creates an environment with positive, energetic structure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Oversee safe, delicious food preparation while keeping a clean, organized restaurant.
• Coachable and ready to learn.
• Deliver a great customer experience.
• Previous management experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to jump in and assist where needed.
• Able to work at multiple locations.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 to 12 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations when in charge.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes and baking procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from guest view to back of house.
• Maintain professional appearance per Grooming & Uniform Standards.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
