Qualifications

• Able to consistently work 50 hours a week.
• ,Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Maintain reliable transportation and travel to multiple store locations in the region.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Able to stand for 10 hour shifts.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Provide leadership to FOH staff and ensure smooth service.
• Monitor shift performance and manage tasks to optimize service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members.
