Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in the United States (Taylor sville, KY area). The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while adhering to brand standards and assisting with management responsibilities.

The position requires previous restaurant leadership experience and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training will cover managing operations and guest satisfaction within a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
