Dunkin' is hiring Experienced Restaurant Assistant Managers to lead fast-paced, growing locations in Michigan (Metro-Detroit) and nearby areas.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager you will recruit, train, coach, and ensure 5-star guest service while controlling costs and maintaining food safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• One or more years management experience.
• Open/flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to help lead and manage the restaurant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good with problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures.
• Achieve results by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service satisfaction; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change; minimizing waste.
• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations. Help maintain a clean and food safe environment for guests and team members, ensure 100% guest satisfaction, and help manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
• Delight our guests by exceeding their expectations and providing a 5 Star Guest experience.
