The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant including restaurant profitability, staffing, people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image and Papa John’s culture.

In the absence of the general manager, the Restaurant Assistant Manager performs all managerial duties.
