Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide daily operations, develop the team, and ensure a warm guest experience.

You’ll manage shift operations across locations within a 30-mile radius, coach staff, and participate in internal training and advancement opportunities, with pay starting at $47,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office).
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
