Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Texas seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, guide front- and back-of-house teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

With at least one year of management experience and a 50-hour workweek, you will hire and train staff, supervise labor and food costs, and embody Genuine Hospitality while growing the business. This role offers a competitive salary, performance-based pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
