Fazoli's in Kokomo, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shifts and support the General Manager in achieving restaurant goals. You will lead the team, uphold standards, and drive guest satisfaction through effective People, Sales, and Profit execution.
External candidates need 1 year of Assistant Manager experience; internal candidates need 6 months as a Fazoli’s Associate Trainer. All applicants must complete Fazoli’s training and ServSafe, and be available at least 30 hours per week
Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by established policies, procedures, and standards. Participates in discussions and decisions affecting assigned restaurants and supports the goals, plans, and priorities of the General Manager. The Assistant Manager is accountable for the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through the execution of People.Sales.Profit.
Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team succession and bench strength using the company’s internal development processes to ensure operational standards and team performance.
Works directly with the General Manager in building professional business relationships and partnerships within the community. Seeks to build in-house and off-premises sales executing approved marketing plans and operations under the direction of the General Manager.
Assists the General Manager with impeccable integrity by maintaining, utilizing, and enforcing effective management practices, policies, controls, tools, and systems that enhance efficiency and productivity, minimize waste and loss, and promote a safe, secure work environment for Guests, Team Members and Investors alike.
