Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. is hiring a capable restaurant supervisor for its IHOP location in Huber Heights, OH. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

We're seeking 1-2+ years of casual dining supervisory experience, a hands-on leader who can manage schedules and control costs while delivering exceptional service. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment.
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed.
