As Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting the GM in developing and implementing strategic goals and business plans
2. Training, managing and motivating staff, including floor supervisors and waitresses/waiters
3. Planning menus while adhering to highest food quality standards
4. Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and negotiating terms with vendors
5. Meeting budget goals while maximizing profits
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
