Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an AI Governance Lead to own and evolve the enterprise AI governance framework, including policies, standards, guardrails, and operating mechanisms that enable responsible AI adoptions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Policy Ownership & Governance Frameworks: Draft, maintain, and operationalize enterprise Responsible AI policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish governance requirements across the AI lifecycle (intake design build validate deploy monitor retire).
• Translate policy into practical delivery guidance (playbooks, decision trees, “how-to” guides).
• AI Risk Tiering, Controls & Guardrails: Design and continuously improve an AI risk tiering model and define control sets by tier.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Convene with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Audit, and Data Governance to align expectations.
• Governance Operations & Portfolio Oversight: Define and run governance forums and implement intake/review processes for AI solutions.
• Responsible AI Assurance: Establish bias/fairness evaluation, explainability, robustness testing, privacy impact assessment, and security threat modeling.
