Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer to join our Phoenix team. You will adapt to varying assignments, from customer service to patrols and surveillance, maintaining agility and precision.

The role requires authorization to work in the U.S., a High School Diploma or GED, and an active Arizona Guard Card. You will protect people and property while delivering professional service. This is a 3rd shift, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Site Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Set schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 3rd shift, (40 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage of $21.51 /hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You must have an active Arizona Guard Card
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
