GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH. The role will vary by day, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring agility and precise execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• If you have Military or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
