Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Georgetown, KY. The role involves adapting to daily mission needs, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance, with an emphasis on agility and precision.

Two full-time shifts are available: Fri–Mon, 2nd shift (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) or 3rd shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – a bonus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• We have two set schedules available:
  • Shit 1: Full-time, Friday through Monday, 2nd Shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Shift 2: Full-time, Friday through Monday, 3rd Shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
