Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer to join our Tolleson, AZ team. The role varies day-to-day, combining customer service, patrols, and surveillance to adapt quickly and act with precision.

You’ll work a set schedule of 6pm–6am, Thursday to Saturday (36 hours a week) with competitive pay at $19.43 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company matching, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
