GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer to join our team in the United States. You will adapt to varying missions, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance, with agility and precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control by screening guests, employees, vendors and other visitors, and exiting screening.
• Patrol grounds inside and outside the facility by car, golf cart or on foot.
• Issue appropriate badges at the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations and standards.
• Proficient in working with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment following proper procedures.
• Possess CPR/AED certification or obtain within 2 weeks after offer.

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: 40-hour work week. Workday to be discussed during the interview. Must be available to work any 7 days of the work week.
• Shift: Day: 6am-2pm: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities For Response Security Guard

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests. You would also screen people upon exiting.
• You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.
• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• You are able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• You have at least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• You have, or can obtain, within 1 week a certification in CPR/AED.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
