Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Indianapolis seeks a Response Security Manager to lead day-to-day security operations on a full-time, first-shift schedule. You will monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, and coordinate with local authorities to protect people and property.

Ideal candidates will have high school diploma or GED, authorization to work in the U.S., and proven security or management experience.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• Valid Driver's License required
• Previous Security Management experience strongly preferred

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Valid Driver's License required
• Previous Security Management experience strongly preferred
