Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer for the Magna-Herriman, UT area. The role involves customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring agility and precise action on a day-to-day basis.

You will work fulltime 32 hours per week on Saturday through Tuesday with either night or day shifts, earning a competitive hourly wage and benefits. Uniforms are provided, plus growth opportunities within GardaWorld.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have previous security supervisor experience.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• State license if required; prior security, military or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
