Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a casual Response Security Officer in Georgetown, KY. The role varies daily across customer service, patrols, and surveillance, with flexibility to adapt to events and changing assignments.

You’ll work shifts from 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m., earning $18 per hour plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience welcomed
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
