GardaWorld Security Services in the United States is hiring a Response Security Officer to adapt across assignments, from customer service to patrols and surveillance, ensuring safety and property protection.

Position is based at Site: Litchfield Park, AZ with set and rotating shifts; compensation starts at about $19.43 per hour, with additional shift pay and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) employer matching, PTO and uniform provided.

As a Security Officer - Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
• Set schedule: Sat- Wed 6am- 2pm ( 40 hours per week)
• Shift 2: Thu Sun 2pm- 10pm ( 32 hours per week)
• Shift 3: Sat- Wed 10pm- 6am ( 40 hours per week)
• Shift 4: Sat Sun 6am- 6pm Supervisor( $21.51/ Hour) Thu Fri Guard 6am- 2pm ( 40 Hours per week)

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
